YourMunichTour makes every effort to keep the site as clear as possible for its guests. Nevertheless there are of course questions and here we have answered the most frequent questions for you: 

 

Prices

Where can I find the prices for the individual tours offered?

You can find the prices on YourMunichTour several times clearly and transparently. Both in the tour preview and in the tour description itself. 


Can I extend a tour and what does it cost?

Yes, of course – if possible for the guide – also spontaneously. In EVERY tour description you will find the “Quick Info” section on the left-hand side. There you will also find information about the prices for extension.

 

Bookings

Can I buy single tickets for “open” tours on YourMunichTour and “just go with it”?

No. YourMunichTour only offers “private tours”. Only you as a customer determine the date, time, duration of a tour and the number of participants.


At what times can I book the tours?

With YourMunichTour you are absolutely flexible and you can book most of our private tours within 15 minute intervals from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 

Payment

When and how do I have to pay for the tour?

For all city tours in Munich: Cash payment on site directly to the guide. Deposits are required for private day tours. During the booking process of such a tour you will be asked to pay a deposit.


I am a company and I would like to pay the invoice for my guests / my group by bank transfer instead of paying cash. Is that possible?

Yes, during the booking process you will be asked for your payment preferences. In this case choose “payment by bank transfer”.


Does the invoice always come from YourMunichTour?

No. YourMunichTour is operated by Alexander Kardaschenko, official guide of Munich and certified guide of the Dachau Memorial. Additionally, the site is used as a booking platform by other highly qualified and independent guides to receive bookings. The contract is therefore always concluded between you as a customer and the performing guide. You will also always receive the invoice from the performing guide. Please note our GTC

 

General procedure

In which languages are the tours offered?

Besides German, most of the tours are also offered in English. Other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Swedish are available on request.


Is there a description of the tours offered?

Absolutely yes! Many of the most frequently asked questions can be omitted by reading the tour descriptions.


How do I meet my guide and how do I recognize him/her?

In addition to an automatic booking confirmation, you will always receive a “personalised booking confirmation” with all important data, including a clear meeting point and contact details of your guide. The guides always have an identity card which identifies them as a guide and which they wear visibly at the agreed meeting point.
